Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the home goods you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely and undamaged.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location near you.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
